Yes. Sign in and open My Orders to replace the reference photo before I change your order to drawing in progress. Once I start drawing, the photo is locked; contact me if you need to discuss a change.

Scan the QR code or type the gift code on the Redeem page. You will see the portrait size and how many people or pets are included. You may pay to add more before redeeming, then upload your photo and provide the finished portrait’s delivery address.

For one person or pet with a simple background, estimated drawing completion is within 7 calendar days for 9 × 12, 14 for 19 × 24. Extra people, a detailed background, waist-up composition, or intricate clothing add time. The form updates your estimate and checkout shows the latest dispatch window. Both begin after payment and a usable photo, agreed details, and address are complete; shipping transit is additional.

Yes. Your private order page shows progress photos and lets you leave a comment or like. When I post the final photo, you can approve it or request a reasonable minor edit. The standard review auto-approves after 72 hours if you do not respond; you may choose explicit approval before the final photo is posted if you want me to wait.

Standard shipping of the finished portrait to a US address is included. After the drawing is approved, you can pay for expedited delivery if you want it. For an international destination, contact me for a quote before ordering.

No. A purchased portrait gift has no expiration date or inactivity fee. The paper size and number of people or pets paid for stay with the gift, even if my prices later change.

Before I mark the order Drawing in progress, you can cancel a directly purchased portrait for a full refund. If a redeemed gift is canceled before then, I restore the gift and refund any separately paid subject upgrade to its payer. The gift purchaser can request a full gift refund within 14 days of purchase if drawing has not started. Once drawing begins, custom portraits have no change-of-mind returns. Damage, a wrong item, a missing shipment, or an incorrect agreed detail can still be corrected or refunded.

You can join the free studio waitlist with your name, email, size, and number of people or pets. No payment is taken until you receive a private opening and decide to order at the current price and timeline. Invitations last 72 hours. I do not promise a numbered position or opening date; existing gift codes remain redeemable.
